Riding Lessons:

We are happy to offer lessons geared toward beginner riders and those wanting to try a new discipline.

Riding Lesson Length:

Semi Private-(8years & up) is a structured hour lesson. The first 15minute(+-) are grooming and tacking up the horse, the next 30 minutes are for arena work(mounting , proper handling of horse, cooling out etc)and the last 15minutes are spent untacking, grooming and horse care.

Private-(8years & up) is the same as semi but one on one instructing.

Riders 7 & under-have private 30 minute lessons, 10-15 spent grooming and caring for horse and 15-20 minutes riding.

Confidence Lessons:

We are also offer a program for those that wish to work with horses but may not be able or wish to ride We call this our Confidence Building program. This program will have you learning how to interact with the horse on the ground from lounging to actual maneuvers for showmanship or "Ground " Dressage, as well as proper care techniques.

Confidence Building is only for ages 8 & Up

Semi Private-s a structured hour lesson. The first 15 minutes (+-) are grooming and prepping the horse, the next 30 minutes are for arena work (lounging, proper handling of horse, cooling out etc) and the last 15 minutes are spent tacking, grooming and horse care.

Private-is 30 minutes of one on one instructing. If you are not self-sufficient in tacking there will be some time outside of that 30 minutes to learn how to care for your horse.

Trial Lessons:

A one time shorter lesson of 20-30min. At this lesson we will discuss your short and long term goals, as well as your experience level.You don't have to take trial lesson to get started in the lesson program.

Ages:

7 & under expect to take private, 8 & up can do semi-private (2-4) OR a private lesson. Riders will eventually be grouped by levels.
